Honey Coming Soon

It won't be long before we pull the first batch of honey from the hives!  My wife and I have been learning about and experimenting with our hives for about four years now!  We hope a big expansion is in our near future!

To get  honey, a beekeeper has to "rob" the hives!  I guess I have over 90,000 employees now!  They're tiny, but they work hard every day to make that honey!

Once we gather up the frames that are full of honey, we take them to our work room and scrape the caps off. We then place the frames into the spinner to pull out the honey.  Then we filter it to pull any extra particles out.

Keeping bees is fun and gratifying. Can't wait to see the new honey we get this year!
